You’re not tired because you’re broken.
You’re tired because your body has been working overtime to protect you.
Pain, fatigue, tension, brain fog, irritability,
and that feeling of “I can’t catch up"
aren’t character flaws.
They’re signals your system has been in protection mode for too long.
And protection mode is expensive.
It uses a huge amount of energy
just to get you through the day.
The Unwinding helps your system stop bracing—so that energy can move toward thriving, not just surviving.
What is The Unwinding?
The Unwinding is a sequenced 12-week experience that combines gentle hands-on care with guided at-home support. It’s designed to help your nervous system and fascia soften protective patterns, rebuild capacity, and create lasting change.
No forcing. No rushing. No “push through it.”
This isn’t about chasing symptoms.
It’s about creating the conditions where your body can finally exhale.
Who The Unwinding is for
The Unwinding is for you if:
You feel tired more often than you feel energized
Your body feels tense, guarded, or “on” even when life looks fine
You’ve tried all the right things, but you still don’t feel like yourself
You want gentle, intelligent care—not intensity
You’re ready for a real process that builds momentum over time
Who it’s not for
This may not be the right fit if:
You want a one-time session to “fix” something quickly
You prefer high-force adjustments or deep tissue bodywork
You’re looking for a passive experience with no personal involvement
You aren’t able to commit to a consistent rhythm of care
(If you’re not sure, that’s okay. We’ll help you decide.)
Restore Safety
When the body senses safety, it no longer has to brace. This is where healing begins.
Reduce Bracing
As safety builds, protective tension can soften. Patterns of guarding begin to unwind.
Rebuild Energy
When less energy is spent on protection, more becomes available for daily life.
What’s included
The Unwinding is designed as a complete care container. The value isn’t in a single visit—it’s in the sequence, the rhythm, and how your system changes over time when it’s consistently supported.
Inside The Unwinding, you’ll receive:
A 12-week guided care arc (from foundation to full-body integration)
Gentle hands-on care that’s paced to your body’s readiness
A guided at-home portal with videos, self-checks, and prompts
Simple micro-practices to support regulation between visits
A clear structure that helps your nervous system trust the process
You don’t need to work harder.
You need a system that finally knows it’s safe enough to let go.
The 12-week progression
This process moves through your body in a grounded, intentional way—
building from the base upward.
Weeks 1–2: Feet + calves (foundation + grounding)
Weeks 3–4: Legs + hips / psoas (support + stability)
Weeks 5–6: Pelvis + core (center + energy)
Weeks 7–8: Ribs + breath (release + expansion)
Weeks 9–10: Arms + shoulders (load + letting go)
Weeks 11–12: Neck + head (relief + clarity)
This isn’t random.
It’s how the body unwinds when it’s no longer being rushed.
How it works (without the overwhelm)
Each visit follows the same gentle rhythm:
Safety → Softening → Change → Safety → Integration
This is what makes the results compound.
Not because we do more…
but because your nervous system starts trusting what happens next.
What to expect
Your care is gentle, unhurried, and guided by how your body responds—
not by a preset routine.
Some visits are quiet.
Others involve light, specific contact.
Everything is paced so your body has time to integrate between visits.
What not to expect:
You won’t be rushed, cracked, pushed, or asked to override your body.
FAQs
How long are visits?
Most appointments are scheduled in a consistent weekly rhythm
and are designed to be efficient, focused, and regulated—
not long, draining sessions.
The goal is change that holds, not intensity that overwhelms.
Is this chiropractic?
The Unwinding is rooted in my professional training as a chiropractor,
and is built on the scaffolding of the NeuroFascial Flow Method.
It’s designed to support nervous system regulation,
fascial softening, and sustainable energy restoration.
Does it hurt?
No. This work is designed to be gentle and safety-led. We don’t force tissue,
push through resistance, or overwhelm the system.
What if I feel tired afterward?
That can happen, especially when your system has been running on overdrive.
Rest is not failure—it’s often part of the nervous system recalibrating.
We pace the work so your body can integrate without backlash.
Do I have to do homework?
You’ll have simple guided practices available, but nothing here is meant to feel like pressure. The goal is support, rhythm, and consistency—not performance.
Can I do this if I’m not a current chiropractic patient?
Yes. The Unwinding is designed as a stand-alone care container.
What if I’m not sure this is right for me?
That’s completely normal. If you’re curious, we’ll help you decide
with clarity and no pressure.
Investment

Self-Guided (at-home support only)
Best if you want the process and practices at your own pace.
