Not sure which is right for you?

If you’re feeling exhausted, stuck, or like your body has been working overtime for a long time, The Unwinding is usually the best place to begin.

What This Practice Is Not:

High-force or aggressive adjustments

One-off “fix it” sessions

Massage or time-based bodywork

BrainTap is a guided audio and light-based relaxation tool designed to support nervous system regulation. Some people choose to use it alongside care to help reinforce safety, improve sleep, or support recovery between visits.

BrainTap is not a treatment on its own, and it’s never required. It’s offered as an optional support for those who find it helpful.
