What to expect

Your care is gentle, unhurried, and guided by how your body responds — not by a preset routine. Visits are low-force and focused on helping your nervous system feel safe enough to soften and reorganize.

There’s no cracking, forcing, or pushing. Some visits are quiet. Others involve light, specific contact. Everything is paced so your body has time to integrate between visits.
